let me exsplain, i am 31 disabled woman, i live on 600 a month and that barely gets my bills paid and food to eat, I live in the country i need a lagoon put in i had a man quote $3000.00 but theres no way i can get that kind of money, once i get help (maybe) then i can get my water and lights turned on, randolph and boone county have a rule you must have sewer before they will set your pole and turn your lights on, i live in an electric mobile home so when i get my sewer in they will turn on my lights and i will have heat  have i lost you i hope not i hope your understand what im trying to explain

Hi my name is shirley,I am looking for a grant to help purchase a home.For myself and my daughter and four grand sons.Me and my daughter both are disabled along with two grandsons.My daughter has heart problems which prevent her from working.One of my grandsons has severe psoriatic arthritis which prevents him form doing just about everything.He is only nine.So if you could please send me any information I would greatly appreciate it.
